House Envy: A Warm Neutral Home Done SO Well

I’ll always have a soft spot for a warm neutral home design. There’s just something about a calm, earthy palette that feels timeless and grounding, and this home is such a beautiful example of why.
Designed by the queen, Amber Interiors and photographed by her equally talented counterpart, Shade Degges, this space feels like a breath of fresh air. It leans neutral in colour application, but it’s layered in a way that makes it feel rich and full of life.
To me, the key to warm neutral home design is texture. It’s about mixing woods and linens, adding depth through wallpaper, and letting materials do the talking. The terracotta tile is such a standout, earthy and grounding in the best way. And the patterns sprinkled throughout add just enough movement and personality without overwhelming the calm.
It’s serene but soulful. Relaxed but intentional. Truly such a good one. Enjoy!
